Pamela Anderson’s Malibu Manse Makes a Comeback in the Rental Market Asking $27,500 a Month

In another real estate hustle, the "Baywatch Bombshell" Pamela Anderson has just put her 'darling' digs in Malibu up for rent, asking $27,500 per month.

Sometime back in 2012, Anderson offered her home for rent with a higher monthly asking price of $50,000. In February 2013, news of her home hitting the for-sale market with a $7.7 million tag broke out. It was then speculated that she listed due to financial problems. Anderson's financial troubles started off in 2009 when she failed to pay the $6 million remodeling charges to contractors. She was also caught in negative speculations about unpaid taxes worth $350,000.

However, in April, the blonde beauty de-listed the residence. According to the New York Post, she had taken the home off the market because of two reasons. First, she just put it on the market to learn the value of the home and its potential to sell. Second, she was too scared as the listing had generated a lot of interest among buyers.

"I put it on the market to see what it was like, but I most likely won't sell. I had too many people interested . . . it scared me," Anderson said at an Obliphica Professional Hair-care event, reports The NY Post.

Maybe the home was too dear to sell, so she decided to offer it up for rent again!

Anderson purchased the property in December 2000 for $1.8 million. She invested around $6 million on renovating the home. According to the listing records, the residence is a beautifully crafted, teak-sided single family residence. Spread across an area of 2752 square feet, the home sits on a 6324 square feet lot, comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home was built in 1959 by famous architect Philip Vertoch and redesigned by Josh Chryssanthou and Anderson herself.

Interiors of the home include an open living room that features a modern home theater and a baby black piano. The place also has a state of the art kitchen with built in cabinetry. Outside, the home features a courtyard lined with olive trees and lavender flowers. A covered parking space also exists.

While Anderson is busy putting the home on and off the market, Baywatch co-star, David Hasselhoff is more stable with his real estate deals. He just bought a $1.95 home in Calabasas after selling his Encino home for $3.7 million.

During the Obliphica Professional Hair-care event, when Anderson was asked about another possible Baywatch reunion, she said she was indifferent to it.
