‘My Hero Academia’ Shifting To Anime Territory Soon, Domain Registered to Toho Co.

Great news for "My Hero Academia" manga fans! The manga series will be shifting to anime territory soon.

Fandom post reveals that Kouhei Horikoshi's "My Hero Academia" will definitely be adapted to an anime series soon. This news is supported with the fact that the new domain of the popular manga is registered to TOHO.

"My Hero Academia" is one of those manga series that are well-received by fans not only in Japan but also across the globe. It is being published in the Weekly Shonen Jump English edition, and has been patronized by its international market.

"My Hero Academia"has started in 2014, and is still serialized in the Weekly Shonen Jump. This manga is created after the Barrage series of Kouhei Horikoshi ended. To date, the popular manga has published 5 volumes already.

Anime News Network states that the plot of "My Hero Academia" is about an ordinary boy named Izuku Midoriya who dreams of becoming a hero, and yet he doesn't possess any powers. "The manga's story is set in the modern day, except people with special powers have become commonplace throughout the world."

"My Hero Academia" manga rose to fame when it was released by Viz Media in English and published the first volume on Aug. 4. It started out as a compiled comic book that "ranked n Oricon's chart of the top ten best selling graphic novels in Japan in its first week of release." Then, Shueisha had the 5th volume shipped on Aug. 4. 

iDigital Times says that "My Hero Academia" is the next "Naruto" given that its popularity rose very dramatically. It is quite obvious that "when any manga becomes popular enough, it's only a matter of time till it gets an anime adaptation."

Given that TOHO has registered the HeroAca.com domain already. It is just a matter of time that the company will announce that they will be working on the anime adaptation of "My Hero Academia." The company is already known for its animated movies and TV series.
