After living in Los Angeles for almost a decade, Jerry Cantrell, the grunge guitarist of rock band "Alice in Chains," has reportedly listed his home in North Hollywood for $1.49 million. He purchased the place in 2005 for $1.75 million. Looks like he is selling at a slight loss.

Living spaces of the home include a large drawing room, a formal dining area, a media room and a great room. Other amenities include a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and a laundry room.

Outside, the home has sprawling gardens, ample sitting area, an infinity pool, a separate pool house and two covered parking spaces. A separate guest house is also a part of the property.

The listing describes the home as:

While not selling from his real estate kitty, Cantrell is marketing video games. He recently walked up the stage at the E3 Video game expo held in Los Angeles to demo a brand new guitar training game called "Rocksmith 2014". The game is slated to be out in October 2013 and will apparently have Alice in Chains latest number "Stones" too.
