Patricia Wettig and Ken Olin Selling Santa Monica Home for $6.9 Million (PHOTOS)

Patricia Wettig and Ken Olin, the "Thirtysomething" co-stars and a long-standing couple for "31" years in real life, have reportedly listed their family home in Santa Monica with an asking price of $6.9 million.

The house had gone under the escrow for an unknown price in April when they first listed it, but somehow returned to the open market, as the transaction was never completed, reports The Real Estalker.

According to the listing records, the home is a beautiful 4,584 square-foot single family residence sitting on a 17,400 square-foot lot. Built in 1913, the home comprises of four bedrooms and boasts of classic, modern architecture.

Interiors of the home feature light hardwood and carpeted flooring with dark French glass doors and windows. The double story home has a wooden staircase that leads to the upper level.

Living spaces include an elegant drawing room, a formal dining room, a family room, a breakfast area and an office. Outside, the home has a separate guesthouse, a pond-like pool, a large garden with ample seating areas and an attached parking garage.

The listing of the property describes the residence as:

"Rare opportunity to own a piece of Santa Monica history. Exceptional Colonial Revival residence built in 1913 by Thomas C. Bundy, a member of a prominent Los Angeles family. Designed by the architects Hunt and Burns, the property spans two lots. Beautifully updated and restored, it has retained its grace, character, integrity, and many original details including spacious public rooms with plaster moldings, paneled wainscoting, leaded windows, high ceilings, French doors and hardwood floors. Elegant living room, formal dining with original built-in hutch, breakfast, cook's kitchen that opens to the family room, office and enclosed porch. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.75 baths, the master has a fabulous bath and 2 closets. Spectacular garden filled with beautiful trees, lush plantings, a pool that resembles a pond, patios for dining, an outdoor fireplace and guesthouse with bath complete this magical property"

The couple are probably selling as Wettig recently stepped out of the drama series "Brothers and Sisters," which might have hit their finances a little. Meanwhile, Olin is busy with his new crime drama series "Criminal Minds".
