Robbie Williams Sells Two-Unit Beverly Hills Estate for $3.2 Million

Robbie Williams, the British singer-songwriter, has reportedly sold his two-parcel estate in Beverly Hills, California, for $3.2 million. Williams purchased the home back in 2007 for around $3.7 million. Looks like the compound has sold at a slight loss.

According to the Zillow Blog, the home has two large units- a main house and a guest house complete with soccer field views.

The listing records state that the 4659 square feet main house was built in 1947 and comprises of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The interiors feature hardwood flooring, high ceilings and large glass doors and windows. Living spaces includes formal living and dining rooms and a media room. A modern kitchen is also a part of the main house. Outside, it has a swimming pool, a pool house, ample seating areas and a four car garage.

In the same compound, there is a 1,134 square-foot one bedroom, one bath single family home, which can be used as a guesthouse. This property was added later in the adjoining lot to the main house in 1951.

The home also allows for easy views of the soccer field in front of the residence.

Currently, Williams lives in Compton Bassett, Wiltshire, England. Williams is quite the homebody. Apparently he is making his band practice in the backyard shed of the house for his upcoming tour "Take the Crown".

"Robbie didn't want to practice in stuffy, posh studios. The shed has a table tennis table, and Robbie and his band play games between rehearsals," Paul Beard, director of the musical tour, said to the Daily Star.

Williams also recently revealed that he has been practicing his new songs on his baby daughter and his girl is a 'tough critic'.

"I wrote her a song called 'Go Gentle'. I had a really lovely moment walking around the estate where we live with the baby, and I sang this very, very sincere song ... and she threw up on me. I don't know if that is baby for, 'that is amazing, dad', or 'I have just thrown up because you make me nauseous.'" Williams said to Xpose Entertainment.
