"Love Denver Live Downtown" Urging People to Go for Urban Living

You better think again, if you feel that Denver is not the right place for you. Right now, the downtown is motivating people of all ages to experience urban living.

The Downtown Denver Partnership is motivating people from Colorado to live downtown. They call the campaign "Love Denver Live Downtown" ingenuity is costumed to get more people to live in the city.

On Saturday, the group set up in Wynkoop Plaza to highlight everything downtown Denver has to provide.

According to the Downtown Denver Partnership Representative, Jim Kricheimer, "Everyone can live downtown. So, families, empty-nesters on both ends of the spectrum, people with dogs, with pets, everyone has a place downtown."

In other news, a  project is under their cooperation with Austin real estate developer  Taylor Wilson and Remy LaBesque from SolarCity. Wilson currently debuted his latest business, called Kasita his micro-living startup that is involve in portable studio apartments. Millenials Kasita is aiming for a plug and play urban home model that is one part tricked out smart dwelling and one part mobile home. Basically, these compact, sleek and stylish apartment units measure 208 square feet.

 Transferring to another city for a cheaper housing is easy and there is no need to experience a tiring apartment hunt as the Kasita can be stacked and come right at the doorstep. The team is fast to say that modular apartment units are different from container vans. They are definitely not small houses; well there are no pitched roofs and wheels. Though, Kasita does have some similarities to both of these modes of workable housing.

The 'Love Denver Live Downtown' endeavors family-friendly resources and attraction. The city also created an app called "Live Denver" and it is downloadable in the app store. What do you think about this news? Are you now going urban?
