'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Episode 4 Spoilers: Sheldon Felt Sad on Leonard's Departure from Home to Join Penny

The upcoming episode of "The Big Bang Theory" Season 9 Episode 4 Spoilers will feature something new about how Penny (Kaley Cuoco), Leonard (Johhny Galecki), Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) will be living.

At the end of season 8, Sheldon tried to hide his distress from his breakup with Amy and there are speculations that he will feel more despair on the next episode when Leonard decides to join Penny and leave Sheldon alone in their apartment.

Sheldon and Leonard had been roommates in the Pasadena apartment for a very long time. When Leonard announced that he will join his wife, Penny, Sheldon felt very sad adding to his unhappiness from his breakup with Amy. Living in the apartment alone terrifies Sheldon and could possibly lead him back to his neurotic self back in 2003.

The synopsis of the episode says, "Sheldon learns of an impending change in his living arrangements and decides to revert back to 2003, a simpler time before he met Leonard and Penny. Also, Howard and Raj form a band to play at the Comic Book Store."

Fans of Sheldon and Amy had been wondering if the two will still get back together which was answered by the series show runner Steve Molaro saying, "I don't know exactly what's going to happen but he's clearly fond of her."

"I don't think they're done speaking by any means. He's so fond of her — something is going to happen between them, I'm sure," Molaro said according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Meanwhile, Howard (Simon Helberg) and Raj (Kunal Nayyar) will be busy with their goal to form a band which will perform at the Comic Book Store. The songs of the pair will be based on Thor and Indiana Jones resulting into an interesting music which could be considered as "the nerdiest rock opera sound in the world," Christian Today noted.

"The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 4 will be aired on Monday, Oct. 12, on CBS.
