People maybe curious what would it feel like living or working for America's most talked about family, the Kardashians. We see them in spreads of magazine; trending non-stop in the social media, and even boarding in the most prestigious places in the world. But not all the glitz and glamour is all beautiful according to the staff working closely with the momager of the Kardashians, Kris Jenner. New reports reveal that "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kris Jenner is a "monster" boss who just fired yet again a fourth assistant recently.
The article of OK Magazine reveals some hidden secrets in working closely with the Kardashians main woman in the family, Kris Jenner. Among the reveals given by their sources is that "KUWTK" Jenner has "diva demands" and has "terrible" treatment to her staff.
"She has this complex where she has to know that she's in control and and can intimidate people. But this guy she hired wasn't scared of her so she fired him." said the sources of InTouch magazine.
The sources of the InTouch revealed, "Some of her employees cry every day," and "She has a hard time keeping people."
And they also revealed that if you've been able to keep up amidst the 59-year-old's "diva" behavior, you may end up having "no life" as assistants are required to be round-the-clock without "vacation time."
"Working for Kris takes over their lives," sources said.

Looking back at the article by Hollywood Life, it reveals that Jenner may be a difficult person to work with. The article says that if any of the Kardashians would have a photoshoot for "Playboy" magazine, they want Kris out of the picture because of her multitude of demands.
"[Kris Jenner] was a complete pain in the [butt] at Kim's shoot. She was in everyone's business, from the make-up artist to the photographer. If any Kardashian sister was invited to pose, we would gladly work with them on one condition...NO Kris Jenner on the premises!" said the source of Hollywood Life.
