TV Host and Comedian 'Craig Ferguson' Lists His Malibu Beach Home $7.195 million

Craig Ferguson, the Scottish comedian and host of the hit "Celebrity Name Game", is flipping his Malibu Beach home. It is no joke, but if Ferguson gets his asking price, he will be laughing his heart out.

This four-bed, four-bath home of the 53-year old multi-talented host is located in a classy beachside area of Malibu, CA. He purchased it last June for $5.6 million and in about four months' time he has listed it for $7.195 million, making him officially a house flipper.

According to Trulia, 3,184-square-foot beachfront property, originally built in 1971, is almost like a piece of Cape Cod within a super private area of Malibu and this highly exclusive neighborhood is protected by high level security. It was recently updated and it features a scenic view of the Pacific Ocean.

Trulia describes each of the four bedrooms as a "light-filled, peaceful spot, while beachside decks, hardwood floors, and white walls let the ocean views really shine." On the other hand, there is a large brick courtyard at the home entrance, while at the back, a few steps lead straight to the beach.

This is not the first time that Ferguson has listed a property in the market. According to Trulia, he had listed his Hollywood Hills compound, which he originally bought at $4.1 million in 2012, for $5.5 million back in June. But he must have changed is mind because the property was recently pulled of the market. Prior to this, he listed his Beachwood Canyon villa for less than $2 million.

Craig Ferguson is the man behind "Gobber" in the animated movies "How to Train Your Dragon 1 and 2". Currently, he runs a 30-minute show titled "Join Or Die With Craig Ferguson", which the History Channel has ordered for 16 episodes. According to Deadline, the show features the comedian discussion provocative and timely topics.
