Real Estate Tech Startup Makes Property Selling, Marketing Easy

SharpLaunch, a new real estate marketing platform is launched to establish better online presences to the real estate industry. Its launching is spearheaded by Bob Samii, founder of Newton, Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency inMotion Real Estate Media.

The software, SharpLaunch.com, went live last week, allowing users to make their own website for commercial properties, listing key information like property description and amenities, integrating them with Google Maps as well as showcasing an interactive photo gallery. A dashboard for landlords, brokers and owners is also established in the website, where they can view a comprehensive analytics-based insight from their files, data and documents. Digital-marketing is also made possible with this new commercial real estate technology.

“In 2015, if you don’t have a basic online presence, it’s marketing suicide,” Samii said, according to an interview with Boston Business Journal. “I think the industry needs a little bit of a slap in the face, because it’s still very much the old-fashioned way of doing deals.”

The startup has been self-funded but is currently looking for private investors, aiming to raise $1 million in order for the business to push through. They are also on a hunt for an office space in Boston and would possibly hire three Boston-based sales staff to start with the business. With this, the possibility of establishing SharpLaunch is getting crystal clear.

“The idea was conceptualized off the back of years of accumulated feedback from our own clients,” said Samii in a statement they released for Realty Biz. “In a very short time we already have +2M square feet of property on the platform, and we have big plans to continue improving the technology, develop additional features and grow our client base.”

This new technology is a huge leap for the commercial real estate industry, to help market their business, manage transactions, analyze data and even communicate with clients.
