In less than two months after Kathie Lee Gifford's husband Frank Gifford passed away because of natural causes, she already removed her wedding ring.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the iconic news anchor has already taken off her wedding ring and she's allegedly back on the dating scene. In GLOBE Magazine's edition this week, they featured Kathie and her wedding ring was noticeably unseen. This happened a few days after her husband was given a touching tribute last Sept. 20. The New York Giants paid respect and marked the loss of their former MVP. They dedicated that day to Frank and Kathie Lee, as reported by TODAY.
According to Star Pulse, Monday after the tribute was given, Kathie shared on TODAY show how touching it was. "Cassidy and Cody went with me. There was a moment of silence before the game started," she said.
She added, "When I'd get upset with Frank, he'd go 'You know a lot of people like me.' And I'd go, 'Yeah? Well I know that, well they don't live with you,'" she joked. "Then you get to a place like that where you realize millions of people liked him, and he really was a legend."
Those who happened to be close to Kathie said that she is now ready to move on already. They also said that Kathie thinks her late husband Frank, would want her to begin dating again.
CDL also revealed that a source close to Kathie dished to GLOBE Magazine that "Kathie Lee thinks Frank would want her to fall in love again. She is a strong woman, but she would be safer not being alone. She also thinks that Frank would really want the love of his life to be cared for in her older years. She is open to the idea of falling in love."
