Lindsay Lohan Is Ready For A "Mean Girls" Sequel

Are you ready for the possible return of the "Plastics?" Oct. 3 was known as the "Mean Girls Day." And on that special day that everybody remembered "Mean Girls," actress Lindsay Lohan shared to her fans that she is ready for a sequel of the hit teen comedy flick.

According to Hollywood Life, Lindsay posted a photo on her Instagram page that showed a series of text conversation with a friend about Oct. 3. It actually took a while for Lohan to remember that it was indeed Oct. 3. It took a snap after her friend sent a photo of Aaron Samuels asking Cady Heron (Lohan's character) what day it was.

Lindsay captioned her Instagram photo with, "Wow I do feel a bit late on this one haha... (next step: #MEANMOMS) I'm trying to make it happen!"

According to AM New York, it has been 11 years since “Mean Girls” debuted last 2004. But after all these years, Tina Fey’s hit teen comedy still managed to stay “fetch.”

The movie taught every girl how to navigate the jungle world of high school life. It also gave girls a lifetime of quotes that they can use in any “social situation.” Aside from that it also gave girls an idea of what a “burn book” is and how it is done. And to top it all the movie gave us a lot of fashion advice that happened to be still applicable up to now.

It’s been 11 years already since Cady Heron stole our hearts and made us hate the plastics. The movie became an instant classic which every girl knows. And who wouldn’t want a sequel of that, right?

It has been said that Jennifer Aniston is set to star in the movie “Mean Moms” which is based on a book by Rosalind Wiseman, the same writer who wrote the book on which “Mean Girls” was based. It is not confirmed that this is a sequel but a lot of fans are hoping it is.
