On the other hand, Caroline’s (Peggy McCay) mental health is rapidly declining. Even though Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) feels that they can't do anything about it, Victor (John Aniston) believes that a new experimental drug will help Caroline and they need to try it. After learning Victor's plan, Roman (Josh Taylor) will also support the idea. The two would need to talk with Kayla about that treatment for Caroline, using the drug that Bo was after when he first left town.

In the episode, Rafe (Galen Gering) will still try to find his sister's killer and will be outraged when his father Eduardo (A Martinez) offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), thus interfering with the investigation. Rafe believes Chad is not guilty and Eduardo's move will make Chad appear guilty. But rumors said that Chad will be able to clear his name with the help of Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) and Andre (Thaao Penghlis).

Meanwhile, after Eduardo's confession on Friday about his involvement with international security for years, viewers are wondering if that is the reason why he was forced to leave not just one but two families, Soap Shows reported.
