Gavin Rossdale Net Worth: Bush Frontman Moves Out After Divorce with Gwen Stefani, Settles into a $6.M Bachelor Pad

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale shocked everyone when they announced their divorce a few months back. Now it seems that the ex-couple is moving on with their own lives as it was reported that Rossdale recently settled into a bachelor pad and has moved out of the home he shared with Stefani.

According to Daily Mail, the 49-year-old has moved to Bel Air in Los Angeles, where his new bachelor pad is located. However, the said property is only being rented by Rossdale, and according to TMZ, he chose the house because it's near Gwen and their children.

The reports state that Rossdale's new bachelor pad measures 40,000 square meters and has five bedrooms, so there's plenty of space when his three children visit him. It also has a swimming pool with a cabana, and beautiful views of L.A. can be enjoyed from the property.

US Weekly has previously reported that Rossdale has been making changes to the property. He's also reportedly shopping around for new furniture and home décor.

"He's picked out a lot of stuff and is enjoying the decorating process," a source said. "He carries around a notebook and takes pictures of the stuff he likes."

The duo filed for divorce from Rossdale on August 3. The ex-couple has three children.

According to Hollywood Take, Rossdale's net worth is estimated at $35 million, while Stefani's is at $80 million. The two reportedly doesn't have a pre-nuptial agreement, and the publication states that they may end up with $57.5 million each after their divorce is finalized. While there doesn't seem to be a problem with the division of their assets, the ex-pair may reportedly have issues about spousal support since it was said that Stefani refused to give money to her ex-husband.
