Katherine Heigl Sells Classic Los Feliz Home For $2.622 Million (PHOTOS)

Katherine Heigl's Los Feliz home is off the market--sold for $2.622 million, reported Zillow blog.

The actress shared the home with her country singer husband, Josh Kelley and their two daughters. Heigl bought the home while the young couple was still in the prime of wedding bliss in 2007 for $2.55 million. They listed the home in late November last year with a $2.659 million asking price; though the price dipped, according to property records retrieved by Zillow, it's still a good snag for the buyer.

It's a surprising find, welcoming and classic. The home stands out in craziness of Los Angeles and its Southern colonial-style structure is breathtaking right from the front yard.
