"Castle" season 8 opened up last Monday, Sept. 21. The episode premiere entitled "XY" introduced us on how a dready "stalk" ends up with another mystery murder. And apart from "Castle" season premiere "death" opener, Castle tried to be extra sweet for his wife's promotion and gave her a thoughtful cake for it which has a diamond bracelet that has engravings of "always" in it. Another mystery that took place with the viewers was Beckett's disappearance and that the given bracelet by Castle is lying on a criminal scene drenched in blood.
Aside from the shocking incidents that took place, the premiere also lets viewers set sight on Toks Olagundoye who has been rummaging the news months before her casting on the role of Hayley Shipton who already coincides with "Castle" on the season opener and also of Vikram Singh's character portrayed by Sunkrish Bala.
A lot of questions plague "Castle" viewers now as the first episode ended with Beckett being with the man who almost killed Castle, what is Beckett up to? And who are the people she's transpiring with?
Cartermatt tells some spoilers for the upcoming second episode which is "XX" and from their article, the synopsis reveals that Beckett is up to something and that her pursuit to get hold of an information also threatens her life in the process. According to Cartermatt, the second episode synopsis says:
"In part two of last week's Season 8 premiere, Beckett's side of her abrupt disappearance is revealed. After receiving a mysterious tip from her past, Beckett is launched into a fight for her life, with a team of mercenaries hot on her trail. While Castle investigates why his wife is on the run, Beckett must figure out who wants her dead, before they can finish the job."
