Just a few days ago, numerous news outlets reported that Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander have broken up after nine months of dating. The two actors have met at the set of "The Light Between Oceans" back in 2014, but no reason was specified regarding what caused their split.
Gossip Cop was quick to dispute such news saying that Fassbender and Vikander are in fact still together. The source says that the news regarding their alleged split is baseless and that no evidence has been shared.
True enough, no news outlet has been able to give concrete evidence regarding the matter. An insider close to the "Ex Machina" actress assured the source that all is well for the couple.
The couple was last spotted at the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo, Monaco back in May. Fassbender and Vikander's relationship comes to no surprise to some, as the actor has had history of dating his co-stars. He was rumored to have dated "X-Men: Apocalypse" co-star Zoe Kravitz and "Shame's" Nicole Beharie.
Both actors have promising careers, as they have a string of exciting projects going for them. Just today, the official trailer for the Fassbender-starrer "Steve Jobs" has been released. The "X-Men" actor plays the Apple visionary in the biopic, and he shall return to the "X-Men" franchise to reprise his role as Magneto.
Hollywood Life also reports that things are also going well career-wise for Vikander. She's set to dazzle alongside Freddie Redmayne in the much-talked about "The Danish Girl." She's also been cast in the next Bourne movie starring Matt Damon and Tommy Lee Jones.
