Real Estate Listings: Live in a Rural Home in Hebrides and Get Your Own Private Island Too; Price is Less than a London Parking Space

For those dreaming to have their own property in a rural area along with a private island, this Hebrides home is the perfect choice. It comes with a not-so-expensive price tag, £250,000, which is said to be less than a parking space in Kingston House North, Kensington in London.

In what seems to be an exclusive report from Daily Mail, it was said that the rural home measures 48 acres, which includes a private harbor, sandy beach and an island named Eilean Dubh.

According to the agents of the property, the home is dated but "livable." It reportedly needs updating though. The home is on sale by Bell Ingram via sealed bids.

The Hebrides property is perfect for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. According to the report, the area is "so cut off that it cannot be reached by a two-wheel drive car." It also has no mobile signal, which makes it ideal for people who want to retreat to the simple joys of life: nature.

A representative of Bell Ingram, Hugh Nicol, from Bell Ingram's Oban office, said, "This property is a former croft, which is a Scottish name for a small farm. Its location is idyllic - it is on the south coast of the friendly Inner Hebridean Isle of Coll, which only has around 200 residents, and has shore frontage."

The Hebrides home features two bedrooms.

A number of people has already reportedly expressed interest in the property. Bidding is until September 18.

Other homes with private island that are also on sale are in Anglesey and San Francisco Bay.
