'Dance Moms' Alum Chloe Lukasiak & Maddie Ziegler Talk About Their Friendship

"Dance Moms" alum Chloe Lukasiak and Season 5 star Maddie Ziegler may no longer be seeing each other as much. However, this does not mean that the two have stopped being friends.

Just recently, Ziegler talked about her relationship with Lukasiak during the premiere episode of "Dance Moms" Season 5, according to Bustle.

On that episode, the 12-year-old professional dancer said, "The last time I talked to Chloe was before the nationals blowout. I just want to say that I miss her so much but I guess she hasn't thought to text back... I feel like I"ve definitely lost a friend because, I mean, I've been dancing with her since I was four years old and it just doesn't feel right without her."

Meanwhile, during a more recent episode of "Dance Moms" Season 5, Ziegler once again talked about her biggest dance rival on the show and said that the two of them haven't talked to each other in a really long time.

In other news, Lukasiak has also weighed in on her friendship with Ziegler. The 14-year-old Studio 19 dancer said that things might have changed, but she still misses her friend all the time.

"We haven't really talked to each other and things have changed between us... It's really sad because I obviously miss her," she said.

Lukasiak added that she's used to being pitted against Ziegler because this has always been the case ever since they were young dancers.

There have also been rumors that coach Abby Lee Miller played favorites on "Dance Moms." Miller reportedly chose Ziegler over Lukasiak even though there were times when the latter performed much better than the former.

"It's not really different than anything else... I've always competed against her my whole life. She was probably my biggest rival in the competition world," Lukasiak said.

"Dance Moms" Season 6 will premiere on Lifetime sometime next year.
