The #BacktoHogwarts Twitter Party That Celebrated the Day Harry Potter Send Son to Hogwarts is Still Ongoing

Vanity Fair has reminded Harry Potter Fans that September 1, 2015 is the day that Harry Potter takes his son Platform 9 ¾ to send him to Hogwarts as you may recall from the epilogue in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.  Last Tuesday, at around 2:15AM, J.K Rowling started a twitter party to celebrate this milestone.  In her Twitter account she said, "I'm in Edinburgh, so could somebody at King's Cross wish James S Potter good luck for me? He's starting at Hogwarts today. #BackToHogwarts.  Since then her tweet was retweeted for more than 115,000 times and if you check Twitter, the party is not yet over and the tweets still keep coming.

How they have all grown so fast!  Furthermore, according to Vanity Fair, it has been a little over 18 years since Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone was first published in the U.K. so the expectant mothers back then could possibly be sending their children to universities now.

On the other hand, Eonline.com has shared some of the remarkable tweets from Harry Potter Fans who were more than delighted to participate in the #BackToHogwarts Twitter party.  Obviously in the real world the fans are in their respective offices, schools, homes, etc. but it was fun to read the tweets pretending they are on board the train.

One fan, @Stageshoes said, It's #BackToHogwarts for me. Surprisingly good wifi from the train. @jk_rowling I'll try not to pick on ickle firstie James Potter :)

While @itsStephiGsaid, "Btw im the new Quidditch captain too #BackToHogwarts".

There are those who stayed in touch with reality.  @1Dizzle_harry tweeted that "My poor heart can't handle this trend.... I need help #BackToHogwarts"

How they have all grown so fast!  This though doesn't mean that your childhood is over.  A Harry Potter spin off is in the works
