'Orphan Black' Season 4 Premiere Date & Spoilers: New Clones & Characters Will Add To Crazy Plot Twist

"Orphan Black" is scheduled to release Season 4 next year and with the cliffhangers left from Season 3, fans are reportedly eagerly waiting for the new season to start. The show co-creator John Fawcett revealed in an interview that although there were a lot of conflicts in Season 3, fans should be expecting a kind of "reset in Season 4."

Fawcett said that the Season 3 finale was a fitting end to the story. He described the finale as a "big victory for the clones." He said that they want to leave the Clone Club for a while and explore another side of the story in Season 4. He added that they want to start Season 4 with a different tone despite the cliffhangers left from the Season 3 finale.

Emmy Awards nominee Tatiana Maslany who plays a set of different characters in the show expressed her excitement in the plot twist and said that it feels like the show is going back to Season 1. According to Christian Today, Maslany revealed in an interview that it was Season 1's storyline that made her fall in love with the show.

Moreover, it was reported that fans will be seeing new clones to be played by Maslany in Season 4. BBC America president Sarah Barnett recently revealed in an interview that the writers are now working on new characters which will "blow the fans away." According to Movie Pilot, Season 4 seems to have a promising plot with the mysterious new clone named Krystal.

"Orphan Black" Season 4 will be moving forward after the majority of the plot in the previous seasons involving the Projects Leda, Castor and Neolutionism as the major player in the clone game. It was reported that fans are eager to see the story in a new direction and are hoping that the show will not have as much backstory as the previous seasons.

As of writing no official schedule has been released yet for Season 4 of the show, but it is expected that "Orphan Black" will air sometime next year.
