The football player received $31 million from his contract and has recently bought a home in Richmond, California for $3.6 million. The home is 7,000-square-foot and sits on 134 feet of bay frontage, Zillow reported.
It has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. The home also features a 58-foot-long boat dock. The estate also shows-off the views If offers through large windows and glass panels.

Lynch is among the top running backs in the NFL.
