'The Blacklist' Season 3 Spoilers: Premiere Pushes Back for 'Heroes Reborn'; Liz Shows Bloody Hands, Images of Dead Bodies; Could Red Be in It?

"The Blacklist" third season is expected to come with great changes following a reschedule of the premiere. Anticipation for the show only grew when reports revealed that the show's next season premiere is being pushed back a week, not to mention Liz is now on the run with Red.

NBC's "The Blacklist" crime drama series was originally set to premiere its third season on Sept. 24. However, "The Blacklist" was rescheduled on Oct. 1st, making way for the two-hour pilot episode of the mini-series "Heroes Reborn," a continuation of the Sci-Fi series, "Heroes."

Robert Greenblatt, Chairman of NBC Entertainment, explained that "The Blacklist" viewers would favor seeing the extended premiere of "Heroes Reborn" in that time slot. However, Greenblatt guaranteed the fans that nothing will change in "The Blacklist's" schedule, despite the delay.

The chairman also confirmed during the network's TV Critics Association press tour that certain changes are being made in "The Blacklist's" new season, which will surely boost the overall energy of the show, Christian Post reported.

Greenbalt further added that the "The Blacklist" story arc is different, explaining that it will be "a switch-up from what the format has been." He couldn't help but express his excitement in saying that the series will have "a different feel this year." Moreover, Greenblatt said that even though it's too early to really tell for sure, he thinks that "The Blacklist" is headed to an exciting, new path.

Megan Boone, who portrays Liz Keen in the "The Blacklist" show, posted some photos on social media which suggested another season of sensational episodes. In an Instagram post, Boone shared a photo of her bloody hands, while in another photo her silhouette can be seen, loaded with a gun as she stands in what looks like a warehouse with dead bodies in the background.

"The Blacklist" season three is scheduled to air on NBC in Oct. 1.
