'Bruce Jenner': Possible Vehicular Manslaughter Charge and Jail Time

It can be recalled that last February, "then" Bruce Jenner was driving his was driving a Cadillac Escalade down the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when he hit Kim Howe's Lexus.  The Lexus then drove into oncoming traffic and was hit by a Hummer, killing Howe.

After the incident it can be remembered that Jenner had said in a statement, "My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."

According to TMZ,  The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has completed its investigation into this fatal car crash that involves now known as Caitlyn Jenner.  The report also said the Sheriff settled that Jenner violated the vehicular manslaughter law and will send the case to the D.A.

Moreover, TMZ has shared what the law enforcement sources had told them about the crash report.  It said that Bruce "Caitlyn" Jenner was travelling under speed limit but was going too fast for road condition.  The said report explained that the traffic either stopped or was just beginning to move when Jenner crashed into the Lexus.  TMZ quotes the source, "He should have either been going 0 or just barely rolling."  Therefore, the report concludes that Bruce Jenner had violated the Penal Code section 192(c) (2) or known as the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law.  If charged, Bruce Jenner may be looking into one-year jail time.

Det. Richard Curry of the Sheriff's Dept. has told Variety that "there's a "50/50" chance that she will be charged" because there's "nothing really egregious" in the case.
