Robin Williams' Children And Wife are Fighting Over His Real Estate

The late Robin Wiliams' children are asking the judge to drop their mother's, Susan Williams, petition filed last December 2014 with regards to her late husbands' real estate properties. The children also said that Susan is "trying to increase her share of his [Robin] estate at their expense."

According to news.yahoo.com, Susan's petition is asking the court to exclude the belongings inside their Tiburon home which ranges from jewelry to memorabilia and other items that Robin's children have the right to acquire.

To counter this petition, Robin's children have a filing last August 14 saying that the father's estate trustees have come to a decision in dividing all of Williams' personal properties. They also accuse Susan of claiming what isn't rightfully hers.

The filing also said that Susan Williams refused to accept the trustees computation of the reserve fund that covers the costs of the Triburon home but Susan wants a steady and "guaranteed income stream that she is not entitled to."

In the filing, it is included that the "petitioner is seeking to increase her share of the trust assets at the expense of the Williams children despite the trust's clear language."

According to idahostatesman.com, Susan Williams claims that the trustees didn't want to explain how they've come up with the figures for her reserve fund, which are different from what she have computed and she said that "the trustees also don't have absolute discretion over her reserve fund, so the court has a role to play in deciding matters." Despite of opposing petitions and filing, Susan still considers the talk with her children as "fruitful."

Susan William's attorney hasn't been in touch to clear any confusion or misunderstanding regarding the issue. Robin William's children, Zachary, Zelda, Cody and wife, Susan, are said to be meeting in court this coming August 28.
