Friends Star Matt LeBlanc Puts LA House on Rent for $13,000

Actor Matt LeBlanc has listed his Spanish estate located in the Pacific Palisades for lease. The house is built in 1930 and spreads across 3,930 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The asking price is $ 13,000 per month.

Best known for playing the loveable and dim-witted Joey Tribbiani in "Friends," LeBlanc bought the house in 2006 after his split from Missy MacKnight, Zillow reported. The estate, which is located just off Will Rogers State Park, was bought for $7.4 million. The half-acre property also boosts of manicured gardens that overlooks the canyon.

This palatial rental also features an updated kitchen along with beamed ceilings and original fixtures. Pacific Palisades is a pricey locality, with home values currently hitting at $1,707,800, according to Zillow. However, LeBlanc has been successful in finding takers for this Spanish-themed house in this expensive locality. Reports show that the Spanish estate was earlier leased out - between 2008 and 2010 - for a sum of $12,000 per month.

Apart from the estate in Pacific Palisades, LeBlanc is also the proud owner of other two properties - an estate in Encino as well as another home in Los Alamos, CA.

Meanwhile, besides LeBlanc, his other "Friends" cast members such as Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry, were also active in the real estate market last year, the National Association of Realtors reported.

David Schwimmer’s Los Angeles home hit the market for $10.7 million and Couteney Cox bought a condo in Sierra Towers for approximately $2 million.

Mathew Perry has the maximum real estate activity. In a span of few weeks, he listed two houses on the market and also sold a condo, all for a reported $30 million.

Earlier this year,  Aniston bought an A. Quincy Jones mansion worth $21 million in a gated community in Bel Air, California.
