The company is reported to have joint ventures with the government of Maldives and they are set to develop 10 Amillarah Private Islands in one of the most breathtaking, beautiful lagoons in Maldives.

The company also works with OQYANA Real Estate in Dubai for 33 islands. The 33 islands are for OQYANA WORLD FIRST developments project in Dubai.

While in Miami, the 175-acre lake will have 30 Amillarah Private Islands and this is going to be the first in the United States. It is expected that the rich and famous will have exclusive VIP amenities and features for this. They will have "private boat service, butlers and well-trained island staff" awaiting them in living in the islands.
