In the article from Trulia, the 7,000 square foot house has a living room, a master suite with a bathroom and walk-in closet, and four additional bedrooms. The article added that the house has a manicured hiking trails, and waterfalls.

Moreover, the house has 12 parking spaces, a powder room, a library, a guest room, an exercise room, and an office, as mentioned in a listing from Redfin. The listing added that the house has a garage door opener, a pantry, a built-in barbeque, and four fireplaces which are located in den, in family room, in living room, and in master bedroom.

In addition, the article from Realty Today mentioned that the house was up for a rent for $60,000 a month before it was up for sale. The article added that the house was built in 1924 and was designed by Cliff May.
