The former vacation home of Michael Moore and his ex-wife Kathleen Glynn is on the market for a price of $5.2 million, as reported in Curbed.  The house is located at 222 S East Torch Lake Drive, Central Lake, Michigan 49622.

The article added that the 11,058 square foot house has a fireplace, a gym, a guest cottage, and a dock.

In a listing from Zillow, the 3.62 acres house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, dining room, kitchen with eat-in area, informal dining, and a wet bar. The listing added that the second floor can be accessed by an elevator or two staircases and it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, art studio with fireplace, and a library. The lower level of the house has an extensive storage, a gym, a bathroom with shower, and a theater while the guest cottage has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen, fireplace and upstairs an open loft with bathroom and kitchenette.

In addition, the house has an island kitchen, a mud room, a game room, an intercom, a pantry, a study room, a built-in bookcase, a loft, a breakfast nook, a foyer entrance, an exercise room, and a walk-in closets, as mentioned in a listing from Realtor. Furthermore, the listing included some exterior features such as multi-level decking, screened porch, gutters, bay view, a deck, a covered porch, a fenced yard, a sprinkler system, a patio, and a balcony. The listing added that the roof of the house is made of asphalt, and metal.

The listing from Zillow added that the house was last sold in December 1995 for $290,000 to an unknown buyer. However, in a separate article from Curbed, the house has a taxable amount of $1 million when Michael Moore bought the house in 2011.
