The Most Photographed Home on the Market

One of the real estate properties creating a buzz online is a specific five bedroom detached home located in rural Nottinghamshire. According to a report from telegraph.co.uk, the real estate agency listing the home uploaded 142 images of the home, breaking records so to speak in the industry.

The home, named Lofties, is located in Worksop near Sheffield in Nottinghamshire. The price is under £3m. The overzealous agent is Blenheim Park Estates, which built the 142 photo portfolio. This includes snaps of the ensuite bedrooms, the home cinema, both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as the sauna and gym. The whole property is situated on six acres of land, which also features amenities such as tennis courts, a secret garden and a fire pit on the grounds.

Part of the whole estate is a summerhouse located at the back of the main house, which was once used as stables but was converted into an annex holding the game room of the estate. The property also has its own bar.

According to Blenheim Park Estates Sales Manager Aline Newton, "The property totally deserves as many photographs as you can produce. It's an absolutely stunning property. The standard of the interior is so high and it really does have to be viewed to be appreciated. It offers so much - five ensuite bedrooms, a fantastic state of the art kitchen."

There is a downside with having too many images of a particular property, according to Rightmove Commercial Director Miles Shipside. According to Shipside, "It can be a law of negative returns. People's attention spans are relatively short if you give everything away about a property people might not go and see it. You want people to be excited about what they see on the Internet and then go and visit it."

According to a previous report from Rightmove, the last record holder in terms of images in an advert was at 129 photos.
