Karlos Dansby Net Worth: Cleveland Browns Linebacker Lists Broward Mansion for $4.39 Million

NFL veteran inside linebacker Karlos Dansby of the Cleveland Browns listed his Southwest Ranches mansion for $4.39 million. Giselle Bonetti of Coldwell Banker represents the Dansby family in the listings. Dansby bought the estate from former Indianapolis Colts' wide receiver Reggie Wayne last 2010 for $3.4 million, when he was still with the Miami Dolphins.

The 12,300-square-foot, Mediterranean-styled Broward Mansion was built in 2005. It is located at 16850 Stratford Court in Landmark Ranch Estates. The mansion's amenities include a swimming pool and a spa, a five-car garage, a summer kitchen, a basketball half court, and an outdoor cabana.

The interior has a raised ceiling and custom millwork feature. It also includes a 10-seat home theater, a billiard room, and a game room. The master suite has a dressing room, Jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower. It has a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

"The majority of the homes in the area of Southwest Ranches are similar in price range," said Bonetti. "What is different about this home is the richness of it and nothing currently on the market compares to this home."

Landmark Ranch Estates has been known to home prominent figures such as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, NFL receiver Brandon Marshall, and new Miami Heat center Amar'e Stoudemire.

Karlos Dansby started the league as the second round pick of Arizona Cardinals last 2004, and has spent 6 years of NFL season with the team.

Dansby had signed a five-year, $43-million contract with the Miami Dolphins in 2010 when he bought the Southwest Ranches mansion. The Dolphins cut Dansby in 2013. Opportunely for him, $22 million of his Miami contract was guaranteed.

The 33-year-old linebacker signed a four-year, $24-million free-agent contract (that includes $14 million in guaranteed money) with the Cleveland Browns last year. Dansby played 12 games for the Browns in 2014.
