‘Married at First Sight’ Season 3 Cancellation Confirmed? FYI and A&E Take Down Casting Calls

"Married at First Sight" Season 2 may have been the reality show's last season on TV, as news about the show's renewal for Season 3 are seemingly lacking from both FYI and A&E's sides. While both networks have yet to address these rumors about the show heading for the chopping block, casting calls for the upcoming season have noticeably been taken down from their website. Does this mean a confirmation to the ongoing rumors that "Married at First Sight" Season 3 has been cancelled?

"Married at First Sight" may have brought in a lot of tension, drama and viewers in its first season on FYI, but the show seems to have failed to prove its purpose on TV.

While marrying strangers could be an interesting take on the growing experimental marriage shows on TV, the couples who were married on the show were met with a series of rumors and controversies, making others question if the show really served its purpose.

Vine Report noted that in an episode titled, "Six Months Later," couples revealed that all of them have decided to part ways and divorce from their respective partners. While Davina Kullar and Sean Varricchio, and Jaclyn Methuen and Ryan Ranellone have decided to part ways quietly, Ryan De Nino and Jessica Castro's split seemed quite controversial.

The outlet reported that Castro recently filed a restraining order against De Nino, who allegedly threatened to kill her and her family. This news made fans wonder if the participants of the series really went through a rigorous matching process.

The future of the FYI reality series has become even more grim, as casting call for the show's next season has already been taken down from their website.

While all of these signs are pointing towards the show's cancellation on FYI, things are looking different for its Australian counterpart. Evening Standard reported that Channel 4's "Married at First Sight" has officially been renewed for Season 2.

Should FYI and A&E axe "Married at First Sight" for good? Or should they give it another chance? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!
