Sean Avery's Net Worth: Former Hockey Star Sells his First Designed Home

Aside from being a hockey star, retired Ranger Sean Avery is now a Hamptons developer wherein he builds and decorates houses in the Village of Southampton, as reported from a previous article from Curbed.

In a recent article from Curbed, his first project - 52 Prospect Street, Southampton, New York, 11968 is completely finished with a selling price of $3 million. The article added that the property has 0.2 acres, lot of 8,712 square foot and 2,800 square-foot main house. Moreover, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, and a pool house.

In addition, the two storey house has 400 square-foot basement, a deck, a fenced yard, a fireplace, a garden, a lawn, a 600 square foot parking garage, and a patio, as mentioned in a listing from Zillow.

In a listing from Trulia, the also includes appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and a dryer. Also, the house has an air condition, a wet bar, and a private balcony.

The recent article from Curbed mentioned that Sean Avery is proud of his first project.

He said, "I'm proud of this house in particular because it's something totally different from what they're used to, for example, the black windows and black trim. It's just a very different house for the village. I think that the tradition is great, I love it. What I tried to do was create that traditional element with those modern day finishes that I think new buyers want."

Furthermore, in the previous article from Curbed mentioned that he remodeled the house he live in with his fiancée in Southampton Village and that he always enjoyed his personal life from an aesthetic standpoint.
