Tommy Lee Jones Net Worth: ""Men in Black"" Star's Florida Polo Ranch up for $19.9M

Tommy Lee Jones, an American actor who has a net worth of $85 million, seems to be having a hard time selling his San Saba Polo Ranch. Thats why he's dropping a whopping 25 percent off the original asking price, reports TMZ.

Originally listed with agent Martha Jolicoeur of Christie's International Real Estate for $26.75 million, the encompassing polo complex's price is now reduced to $19.9 million.

The 50-acre ranch includes a four-bedroom, two-bathroom 11,000-square-foot main house surrounded by an incredible lake, waterfall and a five acre nature preserve with trails. The main attraction of the property is the grounds which feature a regulation-size polo field complete with an underground irrigation system, miles of horse trails, and two barns that has 48 stalls in total, according to Zillow.

The Academy Award winning actor acquired the Wellington estate in 2002 for $4.62 million. He named the property San Saba Polo Ranch given that Jones has been playing a big role in the Florida polo scene for quite some time now. Aside from acting and directing, Jones was also a member of the International Polo Club Palm Beach in the mid-2000s.

StreetInsider reports that the actor-polo player has immersed himself in the sport acquiring his own stables, ranches and polo fields in both North and South America. He has another residence in Terrell, Texas as well as a house at a polo country club in Buenos Aires.

Wellington, Florida, where the up-scale ranch is located, is well known as the North American hot spot for polo enthusiasts, with over sixty polo fields and with the likes of Prince William as riders.

Tommy Lee Jones' string of notable starring roles include Agent K in the "Men in Black" film series, Sheriff Ed Tom Bell in "No Country for Old Men", the villain Two-Face in "Batman Forever", and Colonel Chester Phillips in "Captain America: The First Avenger".
