"Teen Mom 2" Season 6 premiered last Thursday, July 9 on MTV in an episode titled, "Keeping It Moving." The premiered episode showed the return of former "16 and Pregnant" cast members - Kailyn Lowry, Leah Calvert, Jenelle Evans and Chelsea Houska.

The latest episode of "Teen Mom 2" showed Leah's battle for custody against Cory over their five-year-old twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, IB Times noted. Leah also has also been requested to take a drug test after suspiciously taking more pills, which she claimed was for headache.

The outlet noted that Leah previously spent $1,000 a week on 30 to 40 pills, for which the "Teen Mom 2" star was sent into rehab for 30 days right afterwards.

Other people, including her former husband Corey Simms, started throwing in their judgments against the young mother. Leah, however, decided to keep mum and shut them off using one of Mother Teresa's quote.

While Leah seems to have her hands full this season, executive producer Morgan Freeman told Observer that "Teen Mom 2" Season 6 will not be all about drama.

Freeman revealed that Chelsea and Cole will be adopting an unconventional family member, which will bring laughter and fun this season.

"There are some really funny moments. I'm not giving any more away than that, but trust me, it will make you laugh," Freeman said.

Morgan admitted that filming "Teen Mom 2" can be "heartbreaking" at times, but revealed that the show is all about the truth and this is what keeps them moving forward.
