Caitlyn Jenner seems to have conquered everything. Since her Vanity cover revelation, she instantly became the "trans icon." Recently, Jenner's dream to become a blogger has been fulfilled.
After the most hyped "I Am Cait" docuseries, Jenner gained a column with WhoSay where she is to document her journey and experience in the LGBT community. In her first blog titled "The Journey Begins," she expressed her gratefulness to those who supported her since she revealed the real Caitlyn Jenner, according to Cosmopolitan.
She wrote that for some time she has set distance with people in the new community and that she needs to catch up soon. "I feel such a responsibility to this courageous group to try to get it right and tell all sides of the story. To me, that's always the biggest question: am I doing it right?"
Jenner also expressed how lucky she is. She said she now understands the LGBT problems and how hard it is for the people from the community to belong and be accepted in the outside world. She wrote that for the short time she joined them, everything has been a lesson for her, Huffington Post reports.
"I've heard every horror story there is in the book. You wouldn't believe the types of ordeals these people have had, how they have had to literally fight for their own survival," she added.
The "trans icon" has reportedly established friendship with a new set of people. Earlier, she was seen celebrating with them at the NYC Pride at Candis Cayne's rooftop show. Following her revelation, she posted an Instagram photo with the caption, "Learn from those who have walked the path before you," Yahoo reports.
Jenner's documentary series is slated to air on the E! network later this month.
