In a report from The Real Deal, Donald Trump mentioned that he is only interested in acquiring one-of-a-kind properties. He said, "Unless it's going to be iconic, I have no interest. The word 'trophy' is not even good enough."

He added, "I would not be surprised if my cash position was stronger than anyone in the [real estate] industry."

One of the houses that Elle Décor featured was the Trump Tower Penthouse. The article cited that if the three-story penthouse will be in market, it will cost around $100 million and the 30,000-square-foot apartment is considered to be one of the most expensive residences in the city. Another house featured was the Trump Vineyard Estates located at Charlottesville, Virginia. The article added that the estate has a 45-room mansion, a vineyard and fully equipped winery.

Business Insider also added in their report that Trump got the estate, which was formerly known as Kluge Estate Winery, for $6 million (far less than the appraisal) at a forclosure auction last 2011. Youtube user Trump released a video screenshot regarding the estate.

Mar-a-Lago Estate, which is located at Palm Beach, Florida, was also featured in the article of Elle Décor. In a previous article from Curbed, the Mar-a-Lago Estate was purchased by Trump in 1985 for $10M. The main house alone contains 114 rooms on a stretch of land between the ocean and an inland lake.

In the official website of the estate, Donald Trump mentioned that he spend many weekends and holidays at the home. Also, Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach can be seen five minute drive away.

Lastly, the Seven Springs Estate was the last house to be featured. In the article of CNBC, Trump bought the estate which is located at Bedford, New York for $7.5 million with a 13-bedroom mansion and surrounding 200 acres in 1995.

In the meantime, Celebrity Net Worth reported that when Donald announced about his candidacy as the president last June 2015, he released an estimate of his personal wealth which is at $8.7 billion. In addition, the article mentioned that Donald values his personal brand at $3.3 billion. Other analysts value the brand at closer to $50 or $100 million.
