Al-Farouq Aminu is now ready to take on the role of a landlord in the City of Angels. The former NBA forward of Dallas Mavericks is renting out his home in Playa Vista, California for a solid price of $6,000 a month.  Al-Farouq Aminu has made a big move for his career and according to a report by Fox News, "Aminu just signed a four-year, $30 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers."

Along with this move, comes the decision to rent out his former home. His beautiful house is situated in one of the most prominent neighborhood in Playa Vista. Its location was further described by realtor.com, "As located in the prominent Capri Court II neighborhood, the three-story, three-bedroom home is more than your typical rental thanks to a private courtyard, travertine floors, plantation shutters, and California charm." 

Playa Vista provides all of its dwellers the needed comfort and relaxation that they needed. The prominent neighborhood offers "A pool, spa, gym, parks, schools, retail, movie theater, trails, free beach shuttle and easy access to freeways, West LA, South Bay, Downtown and LAX airport" as stated in a report by realtor.com
