The home of Bob and Cortney Novogratz will once again become the summer getaway of Supermodel Heidi Klum. According to a report from ny.curbed.com reported, "Bob and Cortney Novogratz will hand the keys of their dejected West Village kingdom over to Heidi Klum this summer."
This is not the first time that the supermodel stayed in the West as Post recently reported that "Supermodel mom Heidi Klum is back in the West Village in very familiar settings, renting a 7,180-square-foot townhouse at 400 West St. that she rented before. We hear she's renting it short term - for the summer."
The house was personally designed by Bob and Cortney Novogratz, putting their artistic flair to the townhouse. Despite the elegance, the townhouse continues to struggle in the market and according to ny.curbed.com, "The 7,180-square-foot home has been on the market since 2009, when it was first listed, it was $25 million and now the price was lowered down to $17.95 million dollars."
The townhouse offer luxuries like no other. It is not a wonder then that Klum has made the Novogratz house her summer home. The amenities of the house grants any summer dweller the experience of a lifetime, and according to The Post, "The townhouse comes with luxe outdoor offerings: A rooftop terrace with Hudson River views, a large teak wood hot tub, an outdoor TV, a wood burning fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen covered by an electric awning."
Other features includes a wood burning pizza oven, gas barbecue, fridge, wine cooler and beer tap for "seamless entertaining, basketball court, screening room, ceiling heights up to 17'4", private garage, a large chef's kitchen and a living room with a glass garage door that opens to a large terraced landscaped outdoor space "of stone and glass," " as reported by the The Post.
The enormous facilities of the house will once again provide Heidi Klum the summer experience that she had grown to love and if the house continues to be on the market, Klum might still be spending her summer days in the West.
