Denise Richards's Net Worth: Actress selling her home in L.A.

In an article from Hooked on Houses, Denise Richards is selling her home in Hidden Hills, a gated community in L.A, after she bought it in 2007. The Daily Mail mentioned that the house costs $7.74 million.

An article from Daily Mail, the property is located in an exclusive Hidden Valley that comes with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two tropical pools and one acre of land. Also, the house was being renovated including a spa for rescue dogs.

The article also cited that she wanted to build a dog room because she is often fostering dogs. She added, "When I gutted and remodelled my house, I had the garage converted to a dog bedroom. It has stalls and beautiful bronzey, caramel-coloured wallpaper that I wanted for my house. But then I didn't have a room for it, so the dogs got it. Everyone who sees my dog room wants to come back as one of my dogs."

The house contains an outdoor kitchen, a decorated cabana and an impressive waterfall, while other extravagant features include a pizza oven, media room and wine-tasting bar.

In another article from LA Times, the house has a lounge-like living room with an oversized onyx fireplace, cathedral ceilings, a bar and built-in seating. Two temperature-controlled wine-storage walls flank the fireplace in the wine-tasting room.

The house also has a resort-worthy swimming pool is actually two pools with a grotto, waterfall and beach entry. There's also an 800-square-foot cabana, and expansive lawns on the more than an acre of grounds.
