Jennifer Lawrence Net Worth: "Serena" star looking for a Place to Live in Big Apple

Jennifer Lawrence and her mother Karen Lawrence were photographed in New York City, looking for an apartment. Despite her Hollywood status, she still seeks advice from her mom when it comes to important things, like eyeing for an apartment.

She was spotted checking out on the Tribeca condo building at 443 street. According to a report from New York Daily News, it is an industrial-style property, which features a 71-foot lap pool, a fitness center, a temperature-controlled wine cellar and a stunning 5,000-square-foot interior courtyard garden which was once housed as a book binding factory.

The price range don't come cheap, the lowest price was about $7 million two-bedroom on a low floor and the most pricey would be a huge $51 million penthouse, which features a 3,600 square feet of outdoor space, it also comes with its own wading pool, an entertainment room, three gas fireplaces and two parking spots, a perfect place for the Hunger Games star.

The representative of the building's management didn't mention any comment regarding the unit Jennifer was checking out.

Jennifer looked gorgeous on Friday while looking for an apartment with her loose-fitting, semi-sheer white shirt with a pair of skin-tight black jeans, reported by Daily Mail. Her casual look will never be complete without a pair of alligator-print slip-on sneakers and got her pair of stylish brown shades, a small gold charm necklace and a color blocked Kenneth Cole bucket bag furnished her stunning look.

According to ET, she was also spotted on Wednesday dressed with her denim short shorts revealing her flawless legs. She completed her spring style with a tan fedora, dark shades and a thin, grey sweater that bared a sliver of midriff. She was also with her realtor and her adorable dogs. She has spent the day looking for an apartment in the Big Apple. The price is not the major concern of Jennifer; what she is looking for is a safe neighborhood.
