World Realty Update: A Ranch Property in Australia the size of New Jersey is Now on Sale

This is for the people who want to own a ranch as huge as the size of New Jersey. Well, don't waste time, bid now for this piece of land located in Australia, which has been called by the Quartz as the "largest private stretch of real estate on Earth".  Based on news reports, the ranch is more than 75 per cent the size of England! It has a land measurement of 23,000 square kilometers that is equivalent to 8, 880 square miles. The land area is so wide that the buyer would spend the entire week on a plane just to see the whole view of the ranch.

The Anna Creek Station in South Australia, known as the world's biggest cattle ranch,  is on sale for a fancy yet worthy price of $325 million. The sale  is being handled by Ernst & Young's Adelaide managing partner Don Manifold. The land now has over 30 serious buyers from  North America, Asia and Europe.

According to a report from CNN, the third biggest beef exporter in the world is Australia, after India and Brazil but ahead of the United States. Manifold stated that the Anna Creek Ranch could offer a chance to become "one of the world's foremost beef producers" as quoted by CNN news.

According to Newser.com, the spread of properties located in South Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Western Australia were once owned by the family of pastoralist Sir Sidney Kidman, the founder of S Kidman and Co in 1899. He is the eight-largest landholder in the world today.

This ranch also includes 150 cattle station staff members and has become one of the largest beef producers in Australia, selling 185,000 heads of cattle each year which is 1/3 of the total Australian beef and livestock exports to Asia.

Farming families, local and foreign investors, meat companies and global pension funds have an eye on this land. Other interested buyers come from countries such as Australia, China, the US, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, South America, and Indonesia. According to Newser.com, a list of 30 bidders will soon be narrowed down only to six. The six chosen prospective buyers will have a chance to explore the property during an airplane tour.

The final bids will be submitted in August and it is expected that the net worth of the property would increase.
