'Dragon Age: Inquisition' DLC: Will It End the Game's Story?

An upcoming free downloadable content for the video game "Dragon Age: Inquisition" will be released soon. The news comes after a recent leak of the game hinted that the current story of the title will end as a more difficult gameplay arrives, Master Herald reported on Monday.

The rumored "Dragon Age: Inquisition" DLC will reportedly feature the players' next mission after saving the world of Thedas, which is to "determine the future of the Inquisition." According to Master Herald, the new DLC was reported to have the working title "Decide the final fate of the Inquisition as new threats emerge," which led to speculations that it will end the game's current story.

A report from VC Post revealed that the upcoming "Dragon Age: Inquisition" DLC will be priced for $14.99, based on a previously leaked survey. Various online reports indicated that Bioware is currently finishing the video game's story line. The BioWare survey reportedly hinted that Inquisitor will likely encounter the Qunari army and that the video game will have a new optional gameplay mode.

"Having saved the world of Thedas by closing the Breach, your next mission will determine the future of the Inquisition.Your mark suddenly glows, erupting with magic connected to the Fade. Assassins attack in shadow. An invasion of enemies begins. Win a race against time to face a great evil before it is too late. In this story-based expansion, playable after the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition, you will embark on a last adventure with your team to confront the one who started it all," the survey reads, according to a BioWare forum.

In related news from Inquisitir, Mike Laidlaw, game director of "Dragon Age: Inquisition," hinted via his Twitter account that developers are working on something for "Dragon Age: Inquisition."

"The past three days have been filled with that weird intensity that makes game dev kind of addictive. It's a rush when things come together," Laidlaw's post reads.
