Félix Hernández Net Worth: Seattle Mariners Ace Pitcher Selling Posh Bellevue Palace

Seattle Mariners ace pitcher Felix Hernandez has listed his home for five years in Bellevue, WA, Realtor reported. Hernandez or most commonly known as King Felix has all the reasons in the world to sell his former home since he just acquired a posher kingdom in the Evergreen State. He recently got this property after he signed a massive $175 million, seven year contract with the Mariners in 2013.

The mansion has a total of 5,040 square foot house area and was custom built for King Felix by world renowned builder Dr. Steven Smith Custom Homes in 2010. However, the king's abode is nowhere near to his moniker as the house is Mediterranean in style and looks very comfortable and intimately decorated despite the size of the house.

It has five bedrooms with three fireplaces. One in the living room, the other in the porch, and the last one is outside with hardwood floors and a wet bar. The king's kitchen has up-to-date appliances, a hooded steel range, built-in wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar. The dining on the other hand boasts built-in cabinets and a wine-rack and wine cabinet.

The house, according to LA Times, will also give you the best view of Meydenbauer Bay and Lake Washington. But these majestic bodies of water are best seen in the patio.

The masters bathroom, on the other hand, has two massive window size mirrors, two separate sinks, a spa tub, and a rain glass, now that's really a king's lair. The house also has a home theater, not luxurious though but a very comfortable entertainment room.

The 29-year-old MLB superstar has a very slow start this month against the Houston Astros, giving up 8 runs with only one out. But he is still hopeful and positive that the season will be great for him.

Hernandez has been with the Mariners since 2005.
