Christopher Meloni Net Worth: 'Law & Order' Star Lists His Condo Again for $9M

Christopher Meloni has listed his New York Condo again for $8.95 million. The former "Law & Order"  star who played Detective Stabler is now tyring to sell his Park Imperial four-bedroom condo after failing to sell it for $12 million back in 2012, according to New York Curbed.

It seems like the actor is desperate to sell the place as the price was reduced before it was taken off the market in May. It was also reported that the place was at one point rented out to a Saudi Prince for $55,000/month.

WSJ reported that the place on West 56th Street measures about 3,000 square feet and was purchased by Meloni back in 2005 for $5.45 million. Public records reveal that he and his wife renovated the apartment and made sure that the place has a good view of the city.

The listing details from Halstead have thoroughly described the whole property. The place features a large living room that offers astounding views of the city and the iconic park. The dining area, which is open to the living room, also has beautiful views and an eat-in kitchen with a retractable panel. The kitchen has a gorgeous and practical design which boasts wrap-around stone counters and a dining bar. It is also filled with top-of-the-market appliances. The master suite has a marvelous design with two walk-in closets and a super luxurious master bathroom with soaking bath tub and separate shower.

The interior of the high ceiling loft has beautiful Brazilian wooden floors and offers a large closet space. Other high-end features include an integrated sound system, in-house laundry and a stunning foyer gallery.

Christopher Meloni is best known for his role in "Law & Order: Special Victims" as Detective Elliot Stabler beginning the year 1999. According to Celebrity Net Worth, his estimated net worth is $30 million.
