"Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 8 recently showed Sarada lashing out her feelings with Naruto after realizing that her real mother is Karin and not Sakura. Naruto was surprised to see that Sarada's sharingan has been activated.
Naruto attempted to calm her down by making her realize that certain connections are not always made up of time and blood and that some kinds of bonds are formed out of love. Sarada then begins to tear up as she reminisces to the time when Sakura tried to explain Sasuke's absence and when she cared for her when she was sick.
Sarada then realized that she wants to save her mom, but she expressed her worries to Naruto. Naruto then tried to remind her that facts do not matter, but her sincerity and her desire to save Sakura is all that matters. Naruto and Sarada then rejoin Sasuke and the rest of the group, as they try to save Sakura.
Naruto Gaiden spoilers for "The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 9 indicate that Naruto and Sasuke have finally located the whereabouts of Sakura and Shin. The two, together with the rest of the group, will head out to save Sakura. However, they will need to act fast, as spoilers reveal that Shin will try to kill Sakura after healing him with her heal jutsu.
A fan named Hussain predicted via Naruto Forums that "Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 9 will be the penultimate episode, which will see the defeat of Shin and the resolution of Sarada's issues with Sasuke and Sakura.
