Josh Duggar Molestation Charges: '19 Kids And Counting' Star Jessa Duggar Lies About Brother In Interview

"19 Kids and Counting" star Jessa Duggar recently sat down for an interview with Fox News where she talked about her brother Josh Duggar. However, fans noted that the reality TV star may have lied about her brother's molestation charges.

During her interview with Fox's Megyn Kelly, Duggar allegedly mixed up the year when her brother molested her and her sister Jill. The TLC star added that her family already addressed the issue a long time ago and has moved past it.

"Whenever we started the TV show, the reality show, it was five years after all of this. We had dealt with it as a family. We had moved on," she said.

However, Mstarz noted that Duggar's recent statement was different from what Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar previously revealed during their previous interview. At that time, the couple allegedly said that Josh's molestation took place sometime in 2002 and 2003. Josh and his wife Anna also said in their official website that their family was contacted to star in a reality TV show in 2003.

According to the site, "In 2003, the Duggar family was contacted by producers to film their first show with the Discovery Health Channel called, '14 Children and Pregnant Again!' After its premiere, the show went on to become the top rated show for the channel."

Also during their interview with Kelly, the Duggar sisters said that they finally decided to come out and share their story because they want to set the record straight. The siblings also came to their brother's defense after he was called a child molester, pedophile and rapist by critics.

As of late, "19 Kids and Counting" has already been bumped off TLC's programming schedule. However, it is still unclear whether or not the show will be axed for good due to the controversy.
