Jason Derulo Net Worth: Pop Star Looking To Sell His Florida Home

Famous songwriter and singer Jason Derulo is looking to sell his home in Coconut Creek, Florida for $2.9 million. According to the interview with Colleen Kaye, the property's co-listing agent, the pop star bought the residence back in 2012. However, because of his busy schedule, he did not have the chance to renovate the whole place.

According to Realtor, Derulo managed to convert the existing guesthouse into a recording studio, which is where he reportedly worked on one of his hit singles, "Want to Want Me." The main house also features a mirrored dance studio, marble floors and a game room. Kaye says that the home has a Mediterranean style on the exterior with its travertine patios, but the interior is very modern. Derulo decorated his home with his favorite colors of red, white and black. Kaye also said that privacy is very important to the pop star, which is why he added walls around the house.

The 11,000-square- foot mansion has seven bedrooms, four of which are master suites. The exclusive address is located on 2 acres of land, which is a nature preserve. It is also across the Adios Golf Club and is surrounded by other mansions. The location itself is a little private that no one really knows much about.

Jason Derulo is an American singer, songwriter, actor and dancer who has an estimated net worh of $8.5 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com.
