Caitlyn Jenner Net Worth: Olympian Embarks on New Life with New Malibu Estate

Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, is now a proud owner of a new $3.5 million Southern California estate.

The 11-acre spread in Malibu, high above El Pescador State Beach, has 360-degree views of the ocean, mountains, and canyons.

In a Variety report, it was vividly described how the 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Malibu home would look after being built in 2010 and redesigned by South Pasadena-based interior designer James Hernandez:

"Open-plan living spaces include a step-down living room with fireplace, a dining room with a full wall of frameless glass and spacious center-island kitchen fitted and kitted with white countertops on white cabinetry and a full suite of top-grade stainless steel appliances."

The estate houses a pool, spa, covered patio, and a downstairs area convertible to an office or gym.

"Listing details we managed to pinch out of the interweb show the property also features garage parking for three cars, multizone radiant heated floors, both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a built-in grilling station on a large loggia, and a swimming pool and spa with unobstructed ocean vistas," added in the report.

In a recent episode of E! reality series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Jenner was static about the new home, saying, "I just bought my first home. I've had lots of houses throughout my life, but I've never been in charge of actually buying the house. . . . This house is actually all mine, and I absolutely love it."

The 65-year-old Olympic athlete, race car driver in the IMSA Camel GT series, owner of Bruce Jenner Aviation, and known Hollywood personality has a net worth of $100 million, according to reports.

Furthermore, Caitlyn Jenner, the star in the cover of Vanity Fair's July 2015 issue, will receive ESPN's Arthur Ashe Award at its 2015 ESPYS awards show on July 15 in Los Angeles, as per report in CNN.
