V Stiviano Moving Out, Forced To Leave Sterling's Beverly Hills Duplex

The woman in the middle of Donald Sterling's LA Clippers racism scandal has been forced to move out one of Donald and Shelly Sterling's properties. Stiviano, who was born Maria Vanessa Perez, is moving out of the L.A. Duplex she believes was given to her by the former basketball team owner.

TMZ reports that the 32-year-old has begun unloading her items from the residence following a court ruling that that the money used by Donald to give Vanessa luxury items was sourced from the couple's community money which Donald didn't have permission to tap.

Earlier this month a judge ruled Stiviano must return all the gifts bestowed by Shelly's estranged husband, in cash value pegged at $2.6 million. The items -- including a condo, luxury cars and cash gifts - are to be returned to the Sterling family trust.

The home in question is a $1.8 million 1929 Beverly Hills duplex she claims was given to her by Donald.

Mail Online has also shared Stiviano drove away from the condo in a Hyundai , a great step down from the luxurious Ferrari she used to drive.

At the trial, the 80-year-old businessman revealed that Stiviano contributed nothing to the purchase of the duplex that is currently under her name. Per SCPR.org, "Noting that Stiviano is part black and Hispanic, he said she illegally got her name inserted into escrow documents by befriending a Hispanic bank employee who added her name to a $1 million check."

With regards to the cars -- a Ferrari and Bentley -- Sterling revealed that cars were meant to be loans but placed under her name to make her liable for any incidents that may happen.

According to Shelly, her reason for taking Stiviano to court wasn't about the money or exacting revenge. "I did it for justice," she revealed as she believes the younger woman "swindled" the money from communal accounts that the pair saved over 60 years of marriage, noted Mail Online. "I think when somebody harms you in so many ways, justice has to prevail."

"Shelly is thrilled with the decision. This is a victory for the Sterling family in recovering the $2,630,000 that Donald lavished on a conniving mistress. It also sets a precedent that the injured spouse can recover damages from the recipient of these ill-begotten gifts," said Shelly Sterling's lawyer Pierce O'Donnell in a statement on Tuesday night.
